I came across a wonderful article about Transforming Anger recently from Yoga international, written by Pandit Rajmani Tigunait. Anger, is a powerful and pervasive energy in our lives. As symptom of unfulfilled desires and unmet needs, it is a call to change. When unprocessed, its transformative fire is often projected onto others in the form of anger- creating a cycle of blame (not taking responsibility) and destruction that can go on endlessly. When we take responsibility for anger and unfulfilled desires in our lives, we can then use the fire of anger as a means to transform ourselves, our lives and our world.
