Explore the richness of yoga to support, empower and nourish women through their pregnancy and motherhood journey.  Designed for pregnant + postpartum mothers, yoga teachers + birth workers.  Learn yogic practices specific to each of the 4 trimesters (postpartum included):
postures + sequences
breathing practice 
relaxation + visualization techniques
meditations for mama and baby
Western and Ayurvedic healing tools
special guidance from local experts
Through 15 years of yoga practice, study, supporting families and birth work, I’ve discovered many tools that have the potential for incredible empowerment, healing and transformation for mothers during this sacred window in their lives.  Through yoga practice and lecture we will explore the wisdom of yoga as a holistic science.

Workshop times:  Friday 1:30-8:30pm, Saturday 12:30-8:30pm, Sunday 8am-3pm
